trigons_childThose of you who've lived through this with me in the past, yes, it's that time again. Time for my brain to go into full meltdown mode as the frakking flowers take over. I'm not going anywhere, but from now 'til Valentine's Day, I'm going to be a bit scatterbrained. Yes, more than usual. Shut up. For those who don't know, I work in the floral business and manage orders for hundreds of east coast stores in three supermarket chains. Valentine's Day is rapidly approaching. Do the math.
I and my kids are definitely still around, and indeed I may turn to the web crying for distraction when a truckload of frozen roses arrives at the warehouse or some vendor tries to slip in orange as an acceptable v-day color. But for the next two weeks, my brain is going to be mush. Thank you, please drive through. And if you buy flowers at Stop & Shop/Giant MD & VA/Giant PA, think of me.
