The trip to the spa had helped Raven relax a little, but she was still upset about the attack, her memories being tampered with, falsely accusing Max, and finding out it was her father and Sebastian responsible (or so they thought). Apologizing to Max hadn't made her feel as better as she had hoped, and she was still fretting over what her father and would-be husband had planned.

Andy had been away all weekend, so she'd left him a message asking him to come see her when he returned. She wanted to tell him what had happened, and to warn him about Sebastian, just in case he made another attack.

Raven had the spell ingredients that Tara had prepared for her, as well as the instructions on how to use them, set out in front of her on her bed. The spell didn't seem difficult to perform, but she wanted to make certain she understood each step before attempting it. The last thing she wanted was to do something wrong and end up attracting vampires instead of warding them out. Between Max and Sebastian, she was drawing them to her enough on her own, thank you very much. Hopefully the cross Tara had given her would help as well.

Talking to Anakin that morning had her questioning what had happened to her on Monday night, but she remained absolutely certain what had happened. Max had assaulted her and used her powers against her again, just like in the other Fandom.

Sighing, she pushed the spell components aside and tried to calm and center herself. Tahiri needed her help soon, and she didn't want to be distracted by her own Issues.

She just hoped she wouldn't discover any more of her teachers were secretly vampires like Professor Chevalier.

Raven had hated missing class on Tuesday, but she decided she should skip her Wednesday class as well. She was physically well, but emotionally she was still upset, both about having allowed Max to get that close to her and for having to be the one to tell Karla and 'Dite what had happened. At least she had been allowed to go home the night before and wasn't still restricted to the clinic. It was more comfortable here in her room, and right now all she wanted to do was rest and try to put vampires and Max attacking her and Joan finding her and she and Jen getting her to the clinic all behind her. She wasn't sure what Anakin was going to do to Max, but she trusted that it would be appropriate. She just hoped Andy wouldn't do anything that would get him in trouble.

Right now she was curled in her bed, alternately dozing and trying to meditate and calm her emotions before they got out of control.

Raven wanted to spend some time meditating, as she did almost every day, but she was having trouble blocking out all the background noise in the dorms. The roof and the sixth floor safe room were both handwavily occupied, so despite the chill in the air, she decided to venture outside to the park to find some solace. The sky was clear and the stars were bright, and the moon was just past full, which aided her serenity as she settled on a clear patch of ground and sank into a light trance, wrapping her cloak around her shoulders for warmth. She was still aware enough that she'd hear someone approaching, though she didn't sense anything out of the ordinary, just the ordinary movements of the town beyond the boundaries of the park.
