Raven had seen the children about and realized what was happening. Still, she didn't expect any children of her own to show up, because she knew she would never have a child. She never wanted to condemn an innocent child to have to struggle as she had with her demonic heritage (even if she was a little envious). So, totally not going to happen. Really.
