Raven - Teen Titans comic, specifically the Wolfman/Perez era

Raven:

• Is a graduate of the Class of 2012. OMG HOW CAN THAT BE TEN YEARS AGO STOP IT TIME STOP IT.


• Is half-human on her mother's side, half-demon on her father's. He's Trigon the Terrible, so as you may have guessed, he's rather unpleasant. He's also 100 feet tall and wears a loincloth so, uh, don't look up?


• Is an empath (she can feel the emotions of others and absorb them into herself, easing sorrow or anger or even physical pain). The emotions/injuries briefly affect Raven as she takes them into herself, but eventually she can expel them, unless something is very wrong. Please let me know if for whatever reason Raven would not be able to sense your emotions! (Like, say, you're a god, or Anakin Skywalker.)


• Lives to heal people, so if you're injured, she'll be all over you, for which I apologize. :) Same with angst.


• Serves as Court Healer for Karla in Glacia.


• Had at least two different prophecies concerning her destroying the Earth. It's given her a bit of a complex.


• Can also alter someone's emotions to make them feel whatever she wishes (only with OOC permission, of course).


• Can enter someone's dreams and manipulate them as she sees fit (again, only with permission).


• Can project her soul in the form of her "Soul-Self," a shadowy black raven form that exists in every dimension. She can also teleport herself or others via this Soul-Self to other dimensions. It makes commuting easy. The teleportation is via something called "the Netherverse" (shut up), which is a space-like dimension inside Raven. It's chilly and looks like a bunch of rocks floating in the stars.


• Was strictly a pacifist before she came to Fandom and realized some things you have to fight for.


• Also suppressed her emotions in an attempt to stave off evil, buuuuuut it didn't work. Now she embraces healthy emotions.


• She usually avoids alcohol because she tends to project when she gets drunk and thus makes everyone around her drunk (with permission).


• Is the reluctant embodiment of the Sin of Pride. She has six retconned brothers who make up the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins. They're stupid.


• Can fly for reasons I don't think were ever really explained in canon.


• Generally wears a lot of black, and unless I say otherwise or it's the middle of summer, assume she's wearing a black cloak as well.


• Has a small red jewel crappily photoshopped in the center of her forehead that helps her control her dark side. The first sign that she's losing control of said dark side? Her eyes turn red. And then she'll get four of them. This happens sometimes when she gets angry or scared.


• Is actually a portal to purgatory, heaven, and the nine planes of hell. At least, that's what she's counted so far. No, really. If you have a demon or godly character who needs a portal to come to Fandom, Raven's your girl.


• After coming to Fandom but before graduating, she got possessed by her father, turned evil, died, and got brought back to life by her stupid vampire wannabe husband, but was rescued by her friends.


• After a whole lot of struggling with a revolving door of evil, she finally got a firm grip on controlling herself.


• PB is Amy Lee of Evanescence, who Raven just happens to sing like.
