Mistress Raven's Dungeon, Sunday Night

Mistress Raven was a little cranky tonight, both due to Merlin's failure to show up for his punishment and that hottie Hannibal being such a mama's boy. But at least she'd scored another appointment for tonight, and she'd take out that frustration on him. With a whip.

[For continuity (in my soap opera? It's less common than you think), Joan's visit is last of the night.]

After mourning himself with a lot of expensive booze, GOB was feeling pretty good. Good enough that he made it to his appointment on time and with a smile on his face.

"Hey..." he realized that he didn't catch the girl's name. "You... In the outfit from the bar. I'm here!"

"You will address me as Mistress Raven, worm," she snapped.

"Whatever you say, Mistress," GOB said. "So, do I take my pants off right away, or does that come a little later?"

Raven choose a flogger from the wall and swung it experimentally. "You will only speak when I tell you to, slave," she said. "The pants stay on. But take off your shirt."

Maybe this was a little more hardcore than GOB was expecting but he was too drunk to really focus on that. He took his shirt off and gave Raven a bright smile.

"On your knees," Raven ordered. "And tell me just what you've done that you must be punished for."

GOB kneeled and tried to come up with a good list of things. "I've made huge mistakes. I've made illegal business deals, shacked up with my nephews girlfriend, abandoned my son to the Mounties, had a couple annulments and married a woman whose name I didn't know, tried to sleep with my brother's girlfriend, tried to hook up with my sister when I found out she was adopted..."

Nearly all of that was canon.

Raven circled around GOB as he spoke. "That does sound like you've been a very bad boy," she said. "And bad boys need to be punished, don't they?"

"That's why I'm here," GOB concurred. After a moment, he hastily added, "Mistress Raven."

This wasn't exactly the first time he'd been with a dominatrix. He remembered that they liked it when you used their name as punctuation. He just didn't remember it right away.

"Your safeword is 'farmville,'" Raven said. No, don't ask why that word was the first to come to mind. "Do you understand what that is?"

"Farmville? No clue," GOB said.

That wasn't what she was asking, GOB.

"Your safeword is what you say to stop things if they get too intense -- too much for you to handle," Raven explained. "Just say farmville and everything stops and you go home to your nice safe bed. Got it?"

"Oh. That's what you meant. I understand, Mistress," GOB said.

"Good," Raven purred. She let the lashes of the flogger brush against GOB's shoulders. "Are you ready for your punishment?"

"Are you kidding? Of course I am, Mistress! Come on!" GOB said.

He had to get a catchphrase in.

"Very well," Raven said. "Since you've been such a bad boy, you need a suitable punishment." She moved behind GOB, raised the flogger, and brought it down hard.

"Ow!" GOB called out. "That stings."

Which was the point.

"I did not tell you to speak, slave!" Raven said, bringing the flogger down again.

GOB didn't say anything this time, but he did grunt a little. At the moment, he was really grateful he drank so much before coming here. If he weren't drunk, this might hurt a bit more.

Crack. "Are you going to learn to behave from now on?" Raven said. "Are you going to be a good boy?" Crack.

[And I must sleeeeeeeeeeeep.]

"Yes, Mistress?" GOB tried. He figured he had a fifty-fifty shot at the right answer, or else it was going to be a long night. Actually, it might still be a long night even if it was the right answer. He had no clue.

[OOC: Night!]

"I don't think I like the tone of that answer," Raven said, prowling around him. "You don't sound very sincere."

Joan had uncovered her evil twin's diabolical scheme to take over the island and needed some support. Father Ned was busy with the wedding of Tony Stark-Bass, so she went searching town for her best friend, the only person who truly understood her, Rachel.

Somehow she ended up in the back room of 'Dite's shop and gasped in shock at the sight that greeted her.

Raven gasped. "Joan! What are you doing here?"

"R-R-Rachel?" Joan asked, staring at her leather-clad friend. "What are you... why are you... I..."

She realized that this was an extremely unholy place and did the sign of the cross before muttering a Hail Mary under her breath.

Seeing Joan here in her secret life shocked Rachel enough to drop out of the Mistress Raven persona. "It's...it's not what it looks like!" she stammered. "I mean...I...you were never supposed to see this." Oh the shame, the burning shame.

Finishing her fervent prayer, Joan closed her eyes, willing away the image of Rachel in black leather and the feelings that brought up inside her.

"What is it?"

"This is how I pay for school," Rachel said. "And...how I will pay for college. Please don't hate me. It was the only choice I could make."

"But... but... it's so wrong," Joan said, unable to tear her eyes away from the way the leather clung to Rachel's body.

"That is why I never wanted you and your innocent soul to know," Raven said, her cheeks red.

Joan took a hesitant step towards her friend. "You should have told me," she said, reaching out to touch Rachel's shoulder. "I would have tried to help you find another way to come up with the money."

"I didn't want to burden anyone else," Rachel said. "And you have so much to worry about with your evil twin's diabolical schemes."

"But you're my best friend," Joan said. "And I... care about you."

Funny thing was her hand was still on Rachel's shoulder.

"And I care about you, Joan," Raven said. "So very much. Please tell me you don't hate me for what I've done."

"I could never hate you," Joan assured her.

Raven let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you," she said. "I couldn't bear it if you hated me for...what I've become."

Joan hugged her tight, trying to ignore how her friend's body felt pressed against hers like that.

Rachel hugged her back. Joan smelled so nice. "You're my best friend," she said. "I love you."
